State Labor Inspectorate conducts inspections in accordance with the "Checklist" which form is approved by joint order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2011 №55-p and Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16 February 2011 №36 and includes the following questions:

1) Certification of production facilities carried out on working conditions

2) A concluded agreement of compulsory employer liability insurance (Employee of the National Assembly)

3) Compensation of harm caused to life and health of employees

4) Availability of the service for Occupational Safety and Health (of the specialist)

5) Carrying out of investigation in the case of an accident at the working place in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

6) Workers are provided with individual and collective protection

7) Compliance with the issuance to employees of milk, preventive nutrition

8) The necessary conditions for safety in accordance with the requirements of health and safety

9) Conducting of periodic training and test of knowledge on occupational safety

10) Conducting of safety briefings

11) Carrying out of mandatory medical examinations

12) Presence of permission for using foreign labor

13) Employer implements special conditions specified in the permission on attraction of foreign labor force

14) Timeliness and completeness of salary payments

15) Compliance with the guarantees and compensatory payments

16) Compliance with the procedure of collective bargaining

17) Implementation of the collective agreement

18) Employment contracts signed with workers in hiring

19) Compliance with the restrictions of the employment contract
